I can see this forums name being changed then.......... Don't you fret about that my CO 2 replica loving little friend....... How about this Shaun.................... 'The Replica Airgun Forum (incorporating imitation plastic ball firing guns and cap guns and RIF's of any kind)'It wouldn't bother me. It would cover everything then. I own RIF's.

This is getting quite scary ! I was just thinking about if you could get hold of a Vector replica, that thing holds 33 rounds and gets through them in less than a sec and a half ! Could you imagine if that thing 'got away from ya' and the resulting 6mm bouncing steel bbs whizzing around you at 190mph......Jesus H Christ ! The damage that WILL happen is quite scary to think about ! You'll definitely get SWAT'ed by the local Constabulary, lol....in fact there's a good chance you're gonna end up on a slab or at the very least with a few good scars and a horror story to tell the Grand-kids, lol

Are there any 6mm steel BBs produced by proper ammo companies? My searches are just coming up with what look like generic bags of BBs and I'd rather get them from a reputable name? There's a couple of bearing companies (SKN springs to mind) where bb sizing is very important, might be an idea to try somewhere like that first but they'll probably be very expensive (12 for a £).

Nope, too late anyhow, I've done the stickers and badges now and anyway that's a hell of a mouthful to try to get on a such a small badge.....we'll just stick with RAF, lol.

David, your hands look so small with that man size AIRSOFT gun. Pity it won't penetrate the standard airgun measuring BEAN can.

Gone for a tin of Milbro ones for a fiver off eBay, 250 per tin. Hopefully they are decent sizing and won't jam up in the barrel!
Results will be posted

The forum will not be held responsible for any breakages, injuries or marital separations that may result from any foolish enterprises undertaken by it's members who have been cajoled into firing oversized steel bbs at innocent bean cans.

I will be gobsmacked if any airsoft pistol using it's normal 6mm plastic BB's could even penetrate one side of a proper BEAN can.

Faster than anything WB could draw from his holster and with more can busting potential And I remember you stating you would never even have a 4.5mm BB firer, now look at yer. You'll be booking in to the Scottish Airsoft Championships next.

Newbie question Should I in theory be able to select 10 BBs from the tin and 'roll' them down the barrel before loading into the mag to make sure they have the clearance or is the fit tighter than that in general?
