I've been in love with my Cybergun (KWC) Tanfoglio Witness since the day I first handled it in the shop. This was my first blowback pistol and I fell in love with the action and realism straight away. I've always wanted to improve the looks, mainly with wood grips and a more authentic slide. Today I've managed to get it pretty much exactly as I've always wanted it, and now also have a 6mm BB 'Witness' branded 1911 to play with indoors I still want to find some rosewood grips with the gold Colt medallion one day, but I am really chuffed with this for now!

It looks completely authentic imo Doyley83 Here’s some Colts being shot for fun and entertainment. I like to watch these type of vids before going out shootin’ it seems to add to the realism in some way as there doesn’t seem to be much difference between the Americans shooting their powder and me shootin my co2 - same kind of targets outdoors in the fresh air & shooting guns for fun. Great stuff.

I recently asked a question on the AGF about whether the blowback unit is the same on KWC 4.5 vs 6mm. When I've swapped over the slide here I haven't changed the blowback modules as they look identical, so its only the barrel and other internals housed within the top slide that I have swapped. I haven't shot it yet, so I will update..... UPDATE - flatrajectory commented on my adjacent post on the AGF to state that the BB loading nozzle will be smaller on the 4.5 blowback unit, so looks like I will be doing some further swapping before testing it out. Thanks for the heads up Pete

Really nice looking 1911 you've got there, very nice indeed.

My only issue now is that my eyes have been opened to the world of the 6mm replica, and I've now seen those Inokatsu 1911 replicas . I think it might have been a Doug Soal post over on AGF that made me look into them further, they look fantastic. I think I might need to put my wallet in a safe
