This is one special that I really like. The Umarex Texas Rangers edition. These are quite rare these days. They came with the leather holster as part of the special edition. The main difference with other Ltd Editions is that these Texas Rangers version do not have a unique Ltd number like my other US Marshal version.

The Texas Rangers Colt SAA Peacemaker Pellet version with rifled barrel.
  The holster is a quality leather item. It fits the Colt Peacemaker perfectly.
 These two go together quite well. They have become great friends.    I was planning on doing some shooting with these beauties today but just after I took these photos the rain started. I suppose I could do some target work in the garage range.   But I think I will just clean and oil my guns whilst listening to some appropriate music.

I'd often wondered abut the quality of those leather holsters that came with them but it does look well made and of good quality. Both guns do look good together though, a very nice set.

That is a really nice one, I take it these are rare as I don't think I've ever seen one up for sale used?

Who knows what would have happened if I hadn’t come across them myself. I’d probably have stuck with the few CO2 guns I had at the time and carried on with my scale modelling as a hobby. Now I’ve got an armoury and have turned the garden in a shooting arena You are the Pied Piper of CO2 gun collecting.  |
