Hi all,
I've been a collector for just over 5 years. Just started a new Youtube channel about a month ago and got a comment from 'CO2 Handgunner' alerting me to your existence so here I am! I have a collection of replica air pistols, mainly .177 pellet and 4.5mm bb with a couple of exceptions. I particularly like Sigs and the KWC 1911's (I have a bit of a side project on to collect them all!) I try to preach fun, safety and common sense for the most part, if preaching is what you'd call it. Sounds more like indulgent rambling from me most of the time!
So, quick question...
I'm just about to purchase the Beretta M9A3 in full metal and would love to get some of the Hogue wraparound grips for it that I've seen come with the real steel. Anyone know where I can get my hands on some in the uk?

I think that you may have trouble fitting one of those type of grips to the replica, the depth of the grip area maybe different from the real steel to compensate for the housing of the CO2 in the magazine. I know that they're different on a 1911 but they (the real 1911) only have a slim single stack .45 magazine whereas the Beretta has a thicker double stack 9mm magazine. I'm not saying it won't fit but it might be something worth considering before shelling out your hard earned cash on. Just a thought buddy. |
