Just wanted to put a good word in for www.daileisure.co.uk. My other half bought a Webley MKVI from them delivered by hand to our door, great service. However she also bought 24 additional cartridges but they had sent the front loading BB variant and not the pellet as requested.
Any Hoo, a quick call to them and posting the original item back we where given the choice to have the postage refunded or the cost made up in additional cartridges. Now I fully appreciate that this was their mistake and not ours and as such we are fully entitled to a refund/correct items but the process with these guy's was fast and seamless, which as we all know is not always what you get from some RFD's these days.
