BB1Shooter here. I have been a collector of old west replica airguns for a number of years. Got my 1st replica airgun a Daisy 1894 (copy of Winchester 1894), at my local Woolco store (anyone still remember it?) in 1978. Followed by a Daisy 179 (Colt Peacemaker replica) also at Woolco & a Crosman 1861 (copy of a Remington 1861) from Kmart, in a limited edition kit that included holster, oil, BBs, pellets & a Crosman belt buckle. Have not seen one of these intact kits for sale in years. www.airgunforum.ca/forums/topic26821.htmlResumed actively collecting replica airguns over past 6-7 years, when Umarex came out with their Colt SAA Peacemaker line of shell loading replica CO2 revolvers. Now have 6 of these SAA Colts, including one that I got converted to .22 cal. Expanded my collection of Daisy1894's to 16 Daisy, Sears & Winchester 1894's. Got my local airgun repair guy to completely refinish one of my Sears octagon barreled 1894 Golden Boys & install a factory wood stock & foregrip. Have also expanded to modern & WWII replica airguns, including a number of full auto BB guns. As well have a couple .22 break barrels for backyard pest control. Total collection now numbering close to 80. Thanks for listening to my introduction, and look forward to learning from all of the knowledgeable contributors.

Hello BB1Shooter Your collection sounds delightful and full of history. I’m excited just reading about it let alone when you begin to post about it. I hope you find a happy online home here to chat about your adventures. I think that’s a big part of the hobby today; sharing your thoughts and experiences in the real world with online like minded folks. This internet malarkey is so much fun especially as it comes with photographs. It sure beats phoning an uncle up in the 1980’s to tell him you’ve hit three bullseyes in a row while he stifles a yawn. I’m looking forward to your contributions, it sounds like you’re spoiled for choice with the hardware you own. Oh I feel like buying a new gun now. I’ve got a long way to go before I hit 80! I better get a move on!
