I came by an M1 Carbine paratrooper stock some time ago however it was missing the handguard i looked all over the net trying to get one but came up empty. Recently i found a GENUINE 1940s one from a place in france (at a cost of £30 but so worth it), it had to have a bit of work done to get it to fit the stock i had and looked so good i decided to give the whole stock a re-finnish. This is the result

The rifle is a 4.5mm Springfield armory M1Carbine.
Im not sure what the stock is off .... but i think it was an airsoft rifle .... the action fitted straight in but the whole rifle and stock needed some age put into it.
The handguard is off a genuine 1940s rifle and needed some tweaking to get it to fit.

On a different subject......having noted in another of your posts, that you were after a Thompson....there's one up for sale on AGF ATM.
Talking of sales on there, was surprised to see that you've just bought a nice old Webley......didn't realise you appreciated 'proper' air pistols !!

I dont have much in the way of non replica airguns .... but i do appreciate any gun replica or otherwise with a history ...
be it for the actual gun or the real steel counerpart of a replica
having bought an old BSA Light Pattern just before christmas and owning a 1964 Relum as well, thats about it ....... So far !!!
