The CZ-75 Para is much better build quality than either the Glocks or USP in my opinion. No tupperware either, all metal. Definitely a solid piece, I just struggle to get my fingers onto the top slide comfortably for cocking Not got any blow back replica’s, as yet but I really like the look of this one

I’ve never had a Glock replica in my collection. I think deep down it’s because I enjoyed using the real deal so much and I’ve never wanted to be disappointed. Perhaps I may need to put the past into the past. I think it's worth a try David, I've not shot a real one but these are a very nice replica. They seem to fly out of the sales section as well so you can easily move it on if not happy I agree that it's worth to try. Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 has the same feel and weight as a real Glock 17 gen4. If you put replica and real one side by side you won't be able to tell a difference. Even trigger pull is very similar to a real deal. Recoil is strong for a BB especially with first magazine, but not a strong as 9mm recoil of course. Magazine looks very similar to real Glock magazine but made from metal and needs a good push to stay in place. Magazine weight is probably 3 times more that Glock 9mm magazine. This was the main difference in handling I noticed right away. The biggest issue with Umarex G17 gen 4 for me is that it shots significantly low. Mine needs to have front sight dot to be on top or rear dots to shoot straight. But as a replica it's very realistic, Umarex did a good job, just wish they made it shoot higher.

I agree with you about the Glock 17 Gen 4. Totally realistic. But my two were never that accurate. Hence I purchased two Glock 17 Dual Ammo's as they not only shoot better, use pellets and they feel better build quality to me. But each to their own I say.

You are correct about the accuracy, it always shoots low - both of mine do. These for me are more for feel and realism than target shooting. I know a lot of people think Glocks are generally boxes and a bit ugly but I love the simplistic design and ergonomics of the grips etc. Really nice weight and balance

If I remember correctly the Glock gen 4 was the second BB pistol I bought and honestly thought it was a deactivated genuine real steel pistol when I saw it in the RFDs display cabinet. The markings were exact - I’ve seen enough of the real thing during my You Tube travels - Anyhow, I was enthralled, and even more excited when the RFD pulled it out of the cabinet for me to have a play with. I bought it there and then and loved it so much bought a further two copies that same month, to store away. I was convinced the gen 4 could one day be a sought after classic. I still have two untouched gen 4’s squirrelled away and the third? The third has sure taken some hammering. I’ve had the thing in bits time after time and must have put at least 6000 rounds through her (4x 1500 BB jars at my last count) She is built like the proverbial tank and still running as smoothly as the day I bought her. She isn’t a target pistol but neither is the real steel by all accounts. I’m happy, she’s happy, what's not to love? BB Glock Goodness!
A bit fanatical of me buying three of them but hey ho I like them
