Here is my £85 bargain, didn't realise at the time that there was a short version, but I do quite like it, almost short enough for a Sock-gun! Just a tiny bit of corrosion here and there, but really minor. The stock isn't as bad as I originally thought, so will probably just touch in the drinks. Awaiting the 3D sight parts that cost just under £19. The only possible issue could be a slow leak, but that will be for another time.

These things are growing on me. Never owned one so I know nowt about. I fear that if I got involved there might be a mathematical progression of some sort.

If you are planning on opening it up this may help: www.tapatalk.com/groups/umarexboysclubforum/umarex-winchester-guide-t4730.htmlthe pictures have suffered from Photobucket nonesense but it may still be helpful. I had one of these briefly a few years ago and sent it back to the seller to fix the gas leak from inside, unfortunately he broke one side of the receiver when taking it apart. Neither he or I were aware of that guide at that point! Cheers Don

If you can get that in your 'socks' then I'm guessing that you wear thigh length socks (which are commonly known as 'stockings'), but oh well, each to their own I suppose Just so that I can get a better picture in my mind, are they fishnet or fine mesh black ones ? And will you be wearing the aforementioned socks to the shooting show later this month ?
