I am guessing its the same old pistol ( witness) with a different logo. How many logos can they put on the same old pistol to warrant calling it a `new ` gun . ? Pete.

Didn’t think it was ASG that marketed the Witness. Cybergun? This version is rated at 400 fps and 2 ftlbs and looking at review videos pretty darn accurate for a bb.

We shall see. I always take such claims with a pinch of salt.

I think you'll be surprised by this new 1911, it's not just a rebranded old KWC 1911.... Not for me though, not field strippable, not full blowback and seems to have a heavy (just under 8lb) trigger pull

Thats a fairly good set of figures and good accuracy, but as has been stated.. not full blowback, not field strippable and a very heavy trigger.. not for me , unless it comes in at £60 . !!
Pete.

400fps! Amazing accuracy! I need to rush out and buy one immediately... What do you need accuracy for ? You're already the lucky owner of a S&W 78G, after that everything else is just ' meh' by comparison, lol Anyway, what would you fettle on it ? The power is good, the accuracy is good, I suppose you could always try to sort out the herculean trigger pull.....it's not even a true SA trigger, as it's one of those 'move the BB into the breech as you pull the trigger through the first stage' type of guns. I'll stick to the good old KWC manufactured 1911s, they're a classic replica which is very true to the original (as in; it rattles if you shake it, lol).

We have them here in Greece, full metal and blowback, nice looking gun except for all that stupid white writing on the slide. 168 euro (about 157 GBP). Regards, Stasos.
