I was an AGF member until a few years ago when I really didn't like the forum any longer, had an argument with a mod and just stopped logging on and to be brutally honest I haven't missed the forum at all, only some of the members. Thankfully a friend on another forum gave me a nod towards a new forum for replicas and because I have a growing interest in air pistols, in particular the older style replica's I thought I would indulge myself. I don't have a pistol (yet),, between the lockdown and my governments wonderful awl scheme meaning no home deliveries it has put the brakes on a purchase until I can get to my RFD,, Anyways moaning aside right now my personal favourite co2 replica is the Webley MKVI Service revolver and maybe the 1911 but TBH Im still 50/50 on it to honest as theres too many modern takes on it and I prefer the old fashioned version (we'll see what happens there) although I wouldn't mind mind a Browning Hi-Power like the old L9A1 but they don't do a blowback version of it  Ahh wishes and dreams, just the stuff forums conversations were made for! Hello Scott and welcome. This is is a very knowledgeable and friendly forum for replica owners. I’m from Berwickshire. A lot of us took the opportunity to buy in the EU as the Law allows a to your door service but only a few dealers are trading with U.K. now. Border Force can be a problem intercepting guns as well.

Aye Jackroadkill, to my mind one of the finest and even handed mods on the forum and a true gentleman who introduced this old Glaswegian to my other passion of Bell Target at an AGF meet. I fell in love with his FWB 300s and it took me a few years to get one of my own but I eventually managed (they're like bloody hens teeth in Scotland) Did you go by another name Andy? Im sorry, I don't recall the Wild Bill name,, but then again my memory is a bit damaged after my 3rd breakdown due to stress at work a few years ago and theres a lot missing |
