Anyone know of a strip down guide for one of these please. It's not something I am used to working on and I've checked it over to find the problem is a lack of gas due to a knackered piercing plate. The exhaust valve looks just like the one in the CP88 series so I should be ok with that. Also., Does any other models rotary magazines fit this gun?
Any help or tips will be welcome

Might be worth checking the Technical section over on the Umarex Boys Club forum. The Umarex rotary mag for the 92fs is standard for several Umarex, replica pellet models : CP88, CP99, Colt 1911 A1, RWS C225, Desert Eagle etc.

I have had one of these stripped down and i must say it was one of the most complex pistols i have done so far ..... there are lots of small parts inside that can go twang so be very careful when taking it to bits. very accurate gun and extremely well built ... they tend to last for years ... mine was old when i had it and its still going strong now at my friends house lol

Well, that stripdown video certainly helped. Got it in pieces now and got the bits ordered to sort it. Whilst it's apart, i might investigate a decent way of fitting a moderator,. That m8 internal thread at the muzzle is far too small for my liking. Thanks for the suggestions folks

Not sure how much time I want to spend on it as I have other projects underway. This is for one of my mates who has inherited the postol. Nice to play with but it isn't the easiest that I've ever worked on . Should really stick to wheelguns as those are my favourites but at least this Beretta isn't one of those clunky garden gate noisy blowback ones . No white writing either . Actually looks quite nice . A few of the lads at my gun club owned the real thing but I preferred my CZ 75.. Don't actually like blinged up drug dealers or dictators guns. They al should come in blue , black or parkerised

I'going to ignore the above post because it's full of brothel keepers specials and it offends my eyes. Much as I prefer wheelguns those pictures make me want a dose of mind bleach and my OCD tells me they shouldn't be posted in the semi-auto section. I suppose the boss can do what he likes though Back to the story. Got a complete new valve from Crawley Surplus because somebody on her recommended them and I must say the service was great and I will endorse the earlier recommendation. Great company to deal with. Anyway , started to reassemble but the tiny ball bearing and spring detent for the safety catch decided to make a rapid bid for freedom , it succeeded and I haven't got a bloody clue where it went. A root through my spares boxes found a spring from a disposable flint cig lighter but drew a blank for the bearing. I have every other size but the 2.5mm required, not sure when I ran out , but I have. Bearings now on order and waiting for them to be delivered So now the rebuild is on hold and I'm back to making barrels and modifying pistons for springers for the time being whilst the weather is crap and keeping me in the house.

Well it was you that mentioned 'wheel guns' in the first place and as anyone will tell you, I don't need much of an excuse to get some pictures of my 'brothel keeper specials' posted, lol

Just been watching that video, Christ if anything happens to mine it's going straight in the bin. I'll get it a part no bother but it's the putting it back together that worries me. There's some parts to that.

There's some parts to that. If I owned one I'd pop it in the bin anyway, cut out all the hassle, not my favourite type of CO2 replica (no blowback, no full size drop free magazine, no lock back on last shot & doesn't field strip like the real steel version), not so much a fully functioning replica more a 'look-a-like' type of thing.... It'll probably look good hanging on a wall in the bin

I bought one last year from my RFD for £125. It's a heavy weight pistol, only had a few slugs through it in my loft target but it seem acurate and powerfull. It does look the part and has a good review by that Andrew chap on his Youtube channel. He say's he's had one for years and has never lost it's power . Time will tell. I dont really fire any of mine in any case, there's no where to shoot them around here. Gone are the days when we can walk around the woods with an air rifle or pistol like we did in the 70's , one wiff of a gun and dog walkers have there phones out in a panic.

A tip when reassembling the Beretta, put a blob of grease on the spring and ball bearing in the safety ,as it will help to stop it flying very far when you do it again ( you will). Also, on the Beretta it will pay you to insert an empty co2 bulb in the left half before putting the right half back on top of it, as this helps to keep the main sear in place . Without the bulb in the sear and its spring can dislodge when putting the two halves together. Pete.
