Right now I've got your attention, can anyone please tell me what size self tapping screws I need for my DW Valor grips? I've tried several different sizes, but can't find the right ones with a self cutting thread. I want to replace the out of character pozi drives with slotted screws.

Unfortunately I am not familiar with those screws as they're different from the standard Colt/KWC 1911 grip screws, the only thing that I can suggest is maybe re-tapping the holes with a small metric tap (M3, possibly M4) and then getting the appropriate sized screws to fit.

Yes, that's an option. I do have 4 bushes that I bought from ANT when I bought the wooden grips. They seem to be a metric type thread, albeit larger than my current screws. They would need holes drilled and tapped to be inserted into the metal of the pistol grip. Not sure I want to go down that route just yet. 🤔
