It certainly does It's funny, the frames on Tanaka guns are ABS (all the rest is metal) but I understand that it's impregnated with some kind of metal dust which makes it really feel and look the part. This is due to Japanese regulations on the construction of replica guns Cold to the touch, it seems to hold detail very well - the trademarks are really crisp and lifelike. Having the gas in the cylinder also allows them to make revolvers with small frames as there's no need for a CO2 cartridge.
