Co-codamol and paracetamol at the same time can soon result in liver damage due to the paracetamol. Just an extra couple of paracetamol a day will result in liver damage. The higher strength (30/500) co-codamol tablet are usually the ones that some people get addicted to. Don The 30/500s are the ones that I've been using, as long as you just use them for pain relief and don't get carried away I find them to be just fine but they can make you feel like you've had half a bottle of whiskey if you take them on an empty stomach, but paracetamol are definitely a 'no-no' once you've got them in your system. I'm currently on morphine for the pain at the moment as the Cocodamols weren't cutting through it anymore, looking forward to having the op and being pain free for a while and then getting back into shooting as I am not even supposed to be driving whilst under this medication let alone going full 'Dirty Harry' in the garden with my replicas, lol.

Hope the NHS isn’t keeping you waiting too long.
