So do I like the idea, bit more accuracy, ok no lock back on empty, but can't have everything. Wondering if they are worthy of the rather high retail price or are they cashing in on the Glock name.

I was really tempted by one when they came out, as with the Walther version they made. I was put off by stories of the belts wearing out or snapping though so went for the .43 paintball version in the end

I'm waiting for someone to produce the compact "Baby" Glock 26, with full blow back and all. (of course field strippable with full mag and the rest of the bells & whistles).........

Why wait for that when the (co2) Sig Sauer P365 does that already?

Why wait for that when the (co2) Sig Sauer P365 does that already? From what I understand, the (co2) P365 , is notorious for break downs. Small gun with big problems, especially slide jams. I actually had one on order, and luckily cancelled in time after further review. Guess I should have reviewed first...lol. I really wanted that gun, and hoped it would be the high light of my "compacts" collection. I'm sure there's good ones out there, but I wasn't willing to take that chance. I settled on a Walther PPS M2, and couldn't be happier. Hopefully Sig has rectified its only lemon thus far, as all my other Sig replicas have operated (almost) flawlessly for me.

Thanks for replies. I had heard about belt problems with the Glock hence my post. As to the Sig P365, mine has been fine so far.

Never seen anything negative about the 365 either.
The belt fed Umarex guns however....

I seem to remember that the very first ones had a problem with field stripping, but mine comes apart easily.

This thread might be a bit theoretical anyway - no one seems to have them in stock.
