The 'Ace-in-the-hole' was never officially released here in the UK, or even Europe for that matter, in 4.5mm. We had the 'Shop-keeper' version, no interchangeable front sights, no custom 'Ace' grips and no 'Gunfighters' hammer either, CaptDAR recently bought a 6mm version though....... As for the P35, well they were a 'plastic fantastic' gun and I think that the reason we don't see any is that they've all shuffled off this mortal coil and gone to the great recycling centre in the sky. I want need desire DEMAND that Umarex get off their corporate arse and make me a metal version, well at the very least put out a tender to one of the many Taiwanese firms to make one for them, as long as they don't make it a bloody revolver-matic, I want a full blowback, all metal, full size drop free magazine, field strip-able, lock back on last shot hunk of goodness in my collection ! But in reality, Taiwan have enough on their plate at the moment with the PRC skirmishing around the end of their garden waiting for an opportunity (or an excuse) to rush in the front door and 'liberate' those poor people from the western mindset and their successful business partnerships. Plus, they are the PRC's main business competitor for cheap industrial goods, it's not so much a war, more a hostile corporate take over. If the PRC does get what it wants (that being Taiwan) then we will see less and less cheap CO2 replicas and the second hand market values of these guns will certainly increase dramatically as China forbids the making of 1:1 scale imitation firearms, hence why we don't see them made in China ! We will not just be wondering why we don't see this or that replica, we'll be asking why we don't see ANY replicas anymore !
