Run out of stock for the (almost ) universal Co2 seals for my 586s etc. Need to buy a few (10?). Also need some Crosman seals so does anyone know the best place to go please. Even Aliexpress details would be welcome

Thanks for that mate but seen those on ebay and for multiples, they work out very poor value. better to buy direct from JSR if wanting more than 1. Think my next step is to talk to 'ped' and my contacts in the USA.

Can I ask why you need so many buddy ? 10 seems a high number, unless you've got 10 S&W 586/686 revolvers that all need the seals changing at the same time

If it's the Fred I know, he is quite an avid tinkerer, and the 586 is a good 'platform' for experimentation. 😁

I have a small collection of Umarex pistols and a few other modified co2 makes. I like to keep a stock of common parts as I get frustrated having to stop a project due to shortage of bits. As an example, during calibre change experiments with the 586, I went through 27 magazines altogether , destroying quite a few of them totally and giving a few rejects away. Mark is indeed correct, tis me himself and he helped me tremendously in my initial experiments with the S&W model and I like to think that I helped kickstart his enthusiasm for barrel tinkering. Currently playing with non replica calibre changes and mods but I will never lose interest in Co2 wheelguns and keep going back to them to see if there is any more I can do

It was indeed Fred who first sent me some 586 parts to try out, which frustrated me that I could not do something similar myself due to the lack of a lathe...😡🤔
The rest is pretty obvious really! 😁

Currently playing with non replica calibre changes and mods but I will never lose interest in Co2 wheelguns and keep going back to them to see if there is any more I can do Not just pictures but any gleaned information from doing calibre changes would be greatly appreciated buddy as I've often wondered what the effect of differing calibres would have on a CO2 gun's fps, trajectory and accuracy, etc., any information would be gratefully received by myself (and a few others too I shouldn't wonder). Tinkering is all part of the fun of ownership as far as I'm concerned, we've got members who seem to specialise in it in one way or another, everything from ageing and physical alterations to inner barrel changes, so you're in good company here !
