Pellet name - RWS Meisterkugeln
pellet weight - 7 grain
pellet size - 4.49mm
Shape - wadcutter (flat headed diabolo pellet)
material - lead
These are by far my favourite pellet, accurate, reliable and consistent. The 7 grain weight makes them perfect for anything up to 10m shooting with total reliability, they are well made, so well made that I've only ever had one badly misshaped pellet in all of the tens of thousands that I've shot. These shoot phenomenally well in most of my guns and give great results, they are the 'benchmark' that I compare all other pellets to, I can't stress enough how good they are in combination with the right gun.
There's a sticker on the back of the tin that gives the die information and the size, they also come in 4.50mm, 4.51mm and I've seen European suppliers that have them in the 4.52mm size (which I would really love to try). The 4.50mm version are good in the guns listed below but have a looser group size when compared to the 4.49mm version.
Pellet and gun combination
All ASG Dan Wesson 715 revolvers
All ASG Dan Wesson 1st generation revolvers
Umarex Colt Python 6" & 4" revolvers (shell loading version)
Remington 1875 / Crosman Sheridan Cowboy revolver
Umarex Desert Eagle
Gletcher Nagant revolver
Umarex Schofield revolver
Final thoughts
You can get these from most places for around the £7 mark but what price can you place on accuracy especially if you're contemplating some competitive target fun. Their higher cost means that I don't use these for day to day plinking but when accuracy counts there's no better choice for any of the guns listed above. There are others that are cheaper but when it comes to accuracy and reliability of shot placement then these take the number one position for me.
