Took the 1911 into the garage for some plinking fun this morning. quite accurate with steel bb with poa and poi the same a 6 yards but using Blasters poi rose by 2" but they were real good against cans. Untitled by David Reid, on Flickr

Nice to see you getting to grips with your 1911, those 4.5mm ASG blasters make for some good fun at close ranges and they feed better than the frangible ones too. So, I suppose you need two new sets of wooden 1911 grips (c/w medallions) now !

You need to get on the AS train Wild Bill - here is my 4.5 sporting a shiny new top slide from a 6mm 'donor' 1911 Not shot yet as need to look at the BB loading rod that's part of the blowback unit - it's smaller than the 6mm version according to flatrajectory and I haven't had time to take a proper look yet
