So mine is leaking CO2. I had no choice...
Didn't take as many photos as I normally do. I'll update this when I go back in.
Step 1:
Take the slide off. Tap the two pins out. Note that the pins has serration on one end so it will only come out 1 way. If it is not budging, try the other side. Mine comes out right to left.
The slide lock and spring will come (flying) out at the muzzle end.
Step 2:
Remove the slide. Pull it all the way back and lift it up at the hammer end. The slide will then come off.
Step 3:
Remove the right hand grip. There is a screw holding it in, accessible from the left hand side when CO2 is removed.
Step 4:
Undo 7 screws on the frame. 4 are exposed, 3 are recessed. PH0 screwdriver works fine here.
Step 5:
Carefully split the frame apart. No force required. If it doesn't come apart you might have missed a screw. Careful with some lose bits on the right of the spring. I recommend leaving the right side on table and life it from the left.
Note how it should look on the right (position of safety and spring)
And the left side looks like this:
Note that I have some of the barrel screws removed already at this stage.
Step 6:
Remove the barrel / CO2 assembly. There is one screw near the breach end of the barrel section of the assembly.
The rest of it are pretty straightforward. I'm sure most people who are brave enough to open it up will manage
You can separate the loading and barrel section from the CO2 unit by undoing the chrome screws from both side of the assembly.
And reassembly is obviously the reverse.
A useful tip on putting the two sides together. Make sure the BB loading plunger is at the resting position (to the back). It has to line up with a lever on the trigger shoe. Rest the right side on the table as the safety is kind of free floating. Make sure the spring is in the correct position and the mag release is correctly lined up with the right side.
Updated.
