Nice afternoon here so finally got the chance to do some testing of my new ACOG scope. (which I bloody love by the way). The ACOG scope is sold by Bullseye shooting sports in the UK but I got it from their Amazon shop. (£62) and is a 4x32 with a nice illuminated ret with 8 power levels for brightness. The ret is in black, red or green and is a semi mildot type with hash marks going down. The glass is crystal clear and absolutely ideal for my short plinking range. Today shooting at 30ft supported on a sand filled bag standing. These shots on each target are after dialing the scope in with approx 10 rounds on another target. I can't complain. Very nice and very enjoyable.

That's pretty decent for 10m with a Co2 pellet rifle.
Would be interesting to see the grouping from further out. Looks like a great bit of kit. (dare I say a bit better than the DPMS 😱)

But as my plinking tends to be freehand unsupported mainly at no more than 30ft, I am quite happy with the results. But I will certainly give it a go and report back here.

I suppose a rifled barrel and JSB RS Diablo 7.33gn pellets work well together in this set up. But once the scope was dialed in it was superb at this range. I think if I was a bit steadier I would have got even better groups. But it will be interesting to see at a further distance how they perform.
