Now that's really weird as my smoothbore inner barrels (both the 5" & the 6½") were the FULL length of the barrel which makes me think that the schematic is showing the pellet version rather than the BB version ! If that's right then the pellet version will have a very short rifled section.

So that looks like the scumbags are playing the same trick as they did with the 6" 715 pellet... 😡😡😡 Looks that way buddy.....glad I got the full length replacement barrels for mine, especially as they (Umarex) released news about pellet firing versions of the 629s which from the schematic look to be the same 'deceptive' format too. Thanks Modski66 ! you did a better job on my guns than Umarex did ! I'm personally looking forward to seeing how much more Umarex will charge people for 3"s of rifled barrel when compared to the full length smoothbore version....?
