Hey All
aI'm Brian. Fairly new to airguns and a fan of the replicas.
I bought a Dan Wesson 715 4" (pellet) earlier this year on a complete whim when I nipped into the gunship to pick up some dummies for dogs I'm training. As a kid I had a replica S&W 44, and just holding the DW brought me back 30+ years.
Since then I've discovered the joy of taking out tin cans in my back garden and got the 6" DW 715 and a Crosman 1077.
I also have an Umarex Legends Cowboy Rifle, which I picked up second hand (and really shouldn't have). It'd been messed about with and very soon after taking home the forearm became loose and it now leaks gas. Ah well, still looks pretty cool and is still fun to load, cock and eject shells, just useless for any actual plinking.
In due course I'm hoping to learn while I'm on here and may well be asking questions which display my ignorance and in experience, so please bear with me.
All the best B

All the best B The Umarex Legends Cowboy rifle is not too difficult to work on Brian. It might be a simple fix.

That's you all set now buddy, you've got access to the member's only sections (the Saloon and the Bargain Basement sections). Feel free to have a 'mosey' about and post where ever you want now too. As a couple of member's ( twodoctors & Wild Bill) have already mentioned we've got a lot on information on the Umarex Cowboy gun so be sure to check them out and as Andy stated ( Wild Bill) they're not too difficult to work on so a fix maybe within your grasp buddy. As for questions, we're a friendly bunch and always willing to help anyone out, so just fire away buddy
