Hello to all in the new home.

My name is John, and I am known on many forums as Honest John. Nothing sinister about that it’s a nickname 8 I picked up 60 odd years ago at school,as I was always the one that got caught and told the truth. Most of my life I’ve fished, shot and rode motorcycles, but the bikes had to stop in 2009 following a life hanging illness. I have both bb and pellet guns and shoot almost exclusively indoors in my workshop range, at which I can manage about 7 yards total. Really got into replica pistols at the start of the first lockdown when visits to my local gun club where I shot mainly riffle, both pcp and springer, but also some 10m pistol had to be curtailed. My other interest is in all forms of crafting, particularly Woodturning but also square woodworking. I was a communications engineer for most of my working life but finished work as a college tutor in a FE college.
