A big thank you to Russ for the speed loader that arrived yesterday (Saturday), it's absolutely brilliant, and sits nicely in the case with my RWS C225. View AttachmentBrilliant, glad you like it

Thanks Rusty. P.M. sent and I'm not talking about the Boris Johnson kind. Forgot to say billy, first day back at range this year, yesterday and I found a brand new one in my shooting box, left over from doing some for shooting pals last year; I’ll get it in a Jiffy bag and posted as soon as I get chance - how many mags have you got and I’ll try and make sure there’s sufficient blanks in there for any less than 7?

That's smashing Rusty! Many thanks. Let me know the total cost please. In a PM if you like. I have 8 rotary mags. I started collecting them even before I got the rifle...as ya do!.
Thanks again.

I meant to add in my posting that the quality of these 3D prints is some of the best I have seen. What material are they made of Russ?

It's just some bog standard PLA (not sure which make), pretty much the least exotic, but mainstay of all 3D printing filaments I have tried all kinds of stuff with success, but PLA is the go-to filament, due to ease of use, unless different mechanical properties are needed (ABS - slightly less strong but more flex and greater tolerance to heat) (PETG - stronger and more flexible) (TPE - like printing flexible rubber for specific applications only).

Thanks again. I'll just include the standard 2 blanking plates then, not that you really need any.

Love the pellet seating tool as well Many thanks for this mate My pleasure they're not the best, but they're certainly good and with a bit of practice make short work of filling 7 mags in short order! I suggested an improvement to the designer which i'm glad to say he's now adopted and applied changes so new ones have a pellet draining cutout, similar to the original ones (were the retail ones RWS?)

One thing I am going to do to mine is add a disc of foam to keep the magazines in place for storage when I stand up the C225 case on its edge.

My Speed Loader has just arrived and...even though I've not even tried it yet, I thought I'd thank you as kindness like you've displayed is quite rare.
Right, off to put the Winchester rapid firing to the test courtesy of Rusty.
Thank you Russ.
It's very appeciated.
Billy.
