Thinking of selling the pair in the box guys. What do you think? If I were to sell it to a member here it would be cheaper of course. One is the shell ejecting Winchester and the other is the Duke pellet version.

Is the end of the world coming ? Do you know something that we don't ? I thought that you were firmly in the camp of " You can have my Winchesters when you can prize them from my cold dead hands", dark times indeed ! Oh, I get it....some unscrupulous person has hacked WildBill's account

Lovely pair of rifles mate and a great presentation/storage box. Don't think you will have any trouble moving those on for a decent price. Shame to see you selling up on some of your favourites

I'm firmly in the don't do it camp! But if you do, I'd sell them separately. Otherwise I reckon you'll limit your market quite a bit and end up with less than they're worth individually. And start with the one you're less into, then possibly the case. You never know you may then decide that you'll keep your fave a bit longer and enjoy at least one last summer killing confederate tin cans.

However, the Confederates did not have access to canning facilities, it was the Union troops who had food in tin cans. The only hope of killing a Confederate tin can is if there were any captured from the Union and branded with the Confederate flag...

Shame to see you selling up on some of your favourites Thanks buddy. I am going to ask for £500 for the set including the box. Complete with 10 shells for the shell ejector and 3 rotary mags for the Pellet version. Oh and the original short bullet tube magazine for the Duke. Do you think that is a fair price? Of course cheaper to a member here.

You will be getting the " will you split, what price for just the..." comments. Though there is a greater chance of keeping them if you don't split.

Confederates were a few years to early for the Winchester 😉 😊 Sorry buts that’s a well know anachronism. JW is not using a proper age Winchester. Had he been using a 1866 Yellowboy then that might have been ok as the film is set in 1866 but he’s not. The Confederates are using 1873 Springfield Trapdoor rifles, the Mexican bandit leader is using an 1873 Trapdoor Carbine,JW aka John Henry Thomas is using an 1873 Colt Peacemaker and an 1892 Winchester rifle. All these are 7 years into the future.
